| The “Kisan Gopal
Rajpuria Vanaprathashram” is new project of “Vasant
Smruti Trust” situated near Keshav Srushti, conceived
to provide a felling of homeliness and warmth to people in the
evening of their lives. The total land of 12.5 acres has been
given by the Government of Maharashtra in 1996 under “Matoshir
Vrudhhashram Scheme” for constructig this Vanprasthashram. |
The inmates of vanaprathashram avail of the following facilities: Morning bed tea, Nutritious Breakfast & Tea, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner. In addition to this, washing of their clothes, free medical check up twice a week as and when they require is available. They also avail the facilities of library & reading room in the nearby training center at “Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini” free of cost.
Often, batches of students from Ram Ratna Vidyamandir visit the ashram to spend their quality time with their grandparents. Room for single person and for couples are available having 24 hours security guards. Various indoor games are available for inmates for their mental relaxation. They can rest in the evening at the beautiful landscaped graden surrouneded by Vanaprasthasharm. Each day fruits are provided to them and sweet once in a week at their lunch. Presently 30 person are happily staying at Vanprasthashram and its total capacity will be of 96 persons after completion of the project.
Donation to “Vasant
Smruti” Trust are eligible for income tax exemption
under section 80-G of the Income Tax Act.
